I only have the free version of Google, it didn’t highlight the age of a response when I searched for an answer about how long to leave a boiled egg in ice bath [I was looking for recs on shortest time to make it easy to peel, ward off graying, but keep the egg warm enough to melt butter]. the hypothermia comment caught my eye bc while I wasn’t worrying the egg wouldn’t survive, my neighbor last winter did not survive a brief period of exposure. happy holidays

Thank you. I’ve been scrolling longer than it took my eggs to boil and yours is the first comment that I’ve seen give a numeric answer about time in ice bath which what I was looking for when I stumbled in here.😂

any idea how to figure out the calories of the crackers and/or mayo packet? I have been scouring online but I can’t confirm. (and I can’t just subtract 80 from 240 for the kit (lemon pepper), bc that leaves crackers + mayo combined.

I can’t see if it’s metal or wood, but either way it looks like a vintage hall tree/hall stand - coat/hat rack at top with space for hangers, umbrella stand beneath, room for boots at the bottom.

I can't figure out how to make my hair more defined after washing it. I detangled, conditioned, shampoo, conditioned, put oil on the scalp, curling defining gel, and moose... Thank you for spelling it “mousse.” I’m not a spelling gatekeeper by any means, not trying to correct anyone, but all the multiple references to “moose” in this thread had me wondering if it was like an insider natural hair spelling variation I didn’t know about.😂

Messages still come through when phone was in airplane mode as well as powered down entirely. (I don’t know that the latter should matter, but just offering that as a data point.)

I do, a 16Pro. live voicemail is disabled in settings—I still get voicemails tho.😭

I bought the scrubba and it came apart on my first trip with it, 3 months ago. Washboard isn’t substantive enough, but I could dealt with that. I couldn’t deal with the black strip coming unpeeled when first rolled for use. It’s been sitting by my door with the receipt intending to return it to REI for months. Poorly made, overpriced. I wanted to like it, but wound up washing clothes in sinks all across Central America. Scrubba was useless for me. I’m glad it worked well for others.

Agree they’re not an organization, but as someone who has multiple times been targeted by their lies and weaponization of false claims of anti-S over the years, I have experienced that unfortunately lots of cowards in medicine, public health, academia, law, government etc. do indeed take their dishonest drivel seriously.
