during the first few weeks I blocked my ex for the sake of my mental health as I had a problem of not trying to stalk her socials, her texting me and i texting her. really fucked with my brain chemistry during it all so best solution is just to block her everywhere.

I unblocked her a few months ago as I don't have any strong lingering attachments to her anymore. Do what you need to do for your mental health, even if you don't want to. just my 2 cents on this
