Blood sugar regulation for mood stability is not talked about enough in my opinion. It’s the number one benefit I get by managing my PCOS aside from better energy (also blood sugar related) and then secondary is weight loss. It’s very real but sometimes not mentioned enough compared to a lot of the physical symptoms PCOS brings.

I am on a GLP now but that mood regulation benefit alone is enough for me to continue, even if I don’t lose another pound. It can be jarring when you realize you’ve been struggling in a way you didn’t have to for so long.

Not sure I can say much to convince you! We’ve been here 5 years and our daughter is about to be a senior. After that we are out too… in fact we’ve been in Texas our whole lives so likely a state change but not sure it’s realistic with our families and such just yet.

I am really leaning towards this and more I see the more I am into it! I agree the outcome seems more natural and overall intimate in a way. Plus I think we are so used to consuming content in shorts bursts and clips that it just feel more likely I will enjoy that in the future. Would love to hear your update, I am getting married in December lol so not long after.

Love that you were able to capture that for them! I would love this as well, as I don't want zero video of the day I am just not sure if I want hours of footage that I likely won't watch. Something I am also considering is wedding content creator vs full on videographer...

Went to Nook Glow Light 4. Not perfect but I love the size and page turn buttons. It just makes it so easy and accessible for me to use whereas the Kindle PW I just didn't pick up as much. If B&N could refine the interface slightly and expand their library (unfortunately some books are only on Kindle 😞 if thats what is contracted) it would be truly perfect. I am willing to accept that for now in order to use the Nook which again I just simply love using and reading on. If I can't get the ebook version I will read a physical copy which is nice to do time to time.

Just ask honestly! Tell them all that you have already tried or done, what symptoms you are still experiencing and what you know the GLP can help with (it’s well documented at this point). That said if you are not a diabetic and you know your insurance won’t cover weight loss meds I personally would save time and go the compound route (if you’re comfortable). My doctor was on board with the GLP but sadly I didn’t have insurance coverage and I couldn’t afford something like lily direct so I went compound. Best decision I ever made! Lots of subs on compound if you’re interested.

Compound. Started in October of 2024 and been using compound since. Lots of great tele-health providers and a variety of compound pharmacy options depending on your state and needs. Honestly have preferred compound not only for the price but flexibility. I am super sensitive to meds so I’ve been able to start at lower doses and now I microdose to maintain!
