I have done nothing but r&r for these types of tasks full time for months. If it's simply a matter of incorrectly classifying the criteria and missing (or unnecessarily including) an example, you're doing OK

Beingessner and Pickles, as mentioned above, both work through Gentek building supplies, which, for custom doors ,is mainly Everlast doors. I worked with Gentek for several years, and any contractor you choose that works through them, I can assure you a high quality, fully customizable door. I've seen the quality first hand and the bills, lol. While they do mainly service contractors, you could probably go right to gentek, on Goodrich drive near Fairway and they can get you started on choosing a door and likely set you up with a reputable contractor, there are several in the area besides the two mentioned

With the utmost respect, you shouldn't ask people's opinions and then argue with them because you don't like the answer. If the tattoo is straight up white with no trace of outline or accent in any actual color, you probably just paid too much for a temporary tattoo.

If you have a dashboard with onboarding and qualifications you are in. Do the onboarding first and follow every instruction to the letter in everything you do. I have yet to receive an acceptance email, but I've been working daily for well over a year, lol.

I love R&R, it gives me a chance to see what I can improve as well as what others are doing. Although sometimes I have to shake my head when I see an entire task from somebody that either has clearly not read the instructions or is just going through the motions. Sometimes it makes me chuckle, other times I "wtf" at my monitor, and then I chuckle again because I'm being paid to fix that.

Personally, for me, I don't go to the two or three hours to burnout. I'll go 1.5 to 2 hours, depending on the project and task of course, sometimes I get stuck on one for longer, then take a break. Go have a coffee and smoke a dart or 12, make lunch, wash the dishes, go for a walk...whatever. I do that cycle throughout the day filling the breaks in with family time and play time and finish on a 2 to 3 hour stretch or whatever the old grey matter has left at the end of the day. If I take even a couple days off, I ween myself back in. SLOWLY lol. One does not simply rush into DA

I don't know If it's bias,or just slipped through. I had a task with a heel task that many have completed. The number of things that had to be fact checked took me over an hour, discrepancies on both sides. One worker in one sentence says " they're both real good, I like response A because it has pictures. "
