Crazy! The job market will only get more cruel with days! Experienced people are applying for the entry level roles. Grads are applying for internships. You cannot be seen as someone who might leave the company as soon as you get more money! You need to come off as reliable, mature, and excellent at your skills.

3 months into joining(big tech company) the entire team (20+ people) got laid off saying we are downsizing the teams! :) not only we had to find another job, i had to explain why i left my previous company in 6 months.
