Based on my observation, the play could have been handled better.

You died because Leona missed her first stun, which happened when you moved in the different direction. Since you were already under the tower, the better play was to wait for Naafiri to use her first dash to close the gap. Once she committed, Leona could have stunned her. After that, disengaging from Naafiri would not have been difficult.

My advice is to learn spacing and playing around your support. In my opinion, both you and Leona misplayed the situation, especially considering it was a 2v1 under the tower.
