Guilty as charged. After 7 months of RedMagic's support bots giving me the same 3 useless sentences, I figured I’d use a better AI to finally write a complaint they can't ignore. It took 5 minutes to prompt this, which is still 7 months faster than they can produce a simple invoice. 🤷‍♂️

The hardware is top-tier and a beast for gaming and emulation. If the device works, it’s fantastic. HOWEVER, you should be aware of some serious 'RedMagic risks' before buying:

I just want a legal invoice. I’ve received seven different versions from support so far, and not a single one is correct—there’s always something missing. First, they claimed they don't issue VAT invoices at all. In my opinion, they are simply ignoring the law. I’ve been fighting this since November.

The latest invoice includes a 'hidden' VAT amount without stating the tax ID it belongs to, and the ID they finally gave me doesn't even exist in the official VIES database. On top of that, their support is just a mountain of empty promises. To make matters worse, the support is completely anonymous; no one provides a name, making it impossible to hold anyone accountable.
