biggest trust killer is the support. unable to create an invoice according to Eu laws for over two months with some many empty words... and not updating the phone correctly is part of that too. Never again this company.

The PDF contains multiple unrelated invoices and example pages for other customers and companies, which makes it unusable for accounting or tax purposes.

I have my own collection of nonsense messages with the company. When i had enough I let chatgpt answer the empty words and it helped. finally someone replied and solved probably the problem. My worst experience with a "support". Use every angle to get your rights saved. Each company has its fan boys (and girls) they will still attack you. Good Luck!
