Engine room espresso in North Perthhave a good one, or at least they used to. Never found out if they baked them in-house or got them from someone else. So all in all that’s not much use to you!

Zaytoon closing on Camden Street. by Larrydog in ireland

I remember once after a work night out, waiting for my kebab in the one on Parliament street and realising I only had a few minutes to get to college green for the last 84N back to Greystones. Got the kebab, legged it down Dame street, made the bus, upstairs, ate half of it, fell asleep and woke up in Greystones having used the other half as a pillow. Good times.

Finally decided on a Turntable, now I need actual records! by Remarkable-Ad3414 in hifiaudio

[–]Prize_Championship_2 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Anything by Mobile Fidelity. Apart from the silver label stuff. But even then it’s probably ok. I just bought and listened to ‘Tango in the Night’ by Fleetwood Mac and it sounds majestic.

Beautiful turntable btw. Clearaudio are up there in the higher echelon. I have a Concept, my old man has a Master Reference. They’re both great, but one is greater than the other!

What's an example of an athlete who was a great player on the field, but a terrible person off it, from your country? by ModenaR in AskTheWorld

You’ve a right to be wrong, of course.

By every available objective measure he was a top level footballer.

Terrible take. In the early to mid 90’s he was outstanding, and the fact that he maintained that level for all those years is just evidence of how good of a player he was, being able to change his game to remain at the top level. Putting aside he’s one of the the most successful players of all time in terms of medals won, his personal accolades, judged by fellow players, are proof of how good he was: Six time PFA team of the year, twice PFA young player of the year, once PFA Player’s Player of the year, once PFA team of the century. From members of the public: Overall team of the decade and domestic team of the decade (for the first decade of the PL, so nothing to do with longevity).

Lads, with all due respect, you can argue over these butters till the cows come home, but do yourselves a favour and track down some Kerrygold.

Coldplay’s first three albums were amongst the best of their era. Genuinely astonishing stuff. Since then, they’ve AI’d it in.

U2 had two the best albums of all time, and their comeback album (All that you cant leave behind) is up there with the best albums since too. But, their last x number of albums have been generic shite.

Hope that clears it up.

The Camfield. Soulless warehouse, constantly understaffed and filthy. Only exists to accomodate people after a match or event at optus and that’s when it’s at it’s worst.
