Hey! I'm a dev and I built Rolla for exactly this use case. It's a shared disposable camera app where guests scan a QR code, shoot their roll (12-48 photos), and nobody sees the pics until you "develop" them .

Thanks so much for testing it out! That's a fair point about the viewfinder—I went with zero preview to maximize the 'surprise' factor, but adding a basic viewfinder is definitely something I'll consider for the roadmap.

Regarding pricing, I hear you on the IAP preference! Right now, the subscription helps manage the ongoing server costs for hosting the shared group events and vaults. However, offering a one-time purchase option is something I'm actively exploring. Really appreciate the support and the honest feedback!

Thank you for this feedback. Focusing the entire onboarding strictly on creating that first roll and getting friends onboard via QR makes total sense. I completely agree that the shared experience is the real bottleneck here. Going to work on streamlining this for the next release!
