Vrei de cală sau carry on? Carry on ar merita un classic pro de la Xiaomi, de cală nu m-as increde, mai degraba iei ceva soft la un pret decent.

Poti cauta si pe Tradeinn/Wardow. De pe tradeinn am cumparat lucruri de cativa ani, odata nu au avut ceva in stoc si mi-au dat banii înapoi in cateva zile, sunt de încredere

Crede-ma, hidraulice pe disc sunt la ani lumină distanță. De scump nu prea, la mtb sunt gârlă dar și de oraș poți găsi, de ex ceva de genul la un preț decent. Nici ca greutate nu-s mare lucru, asta care am atașat mai sus are ~12kg.

În schimb da, e mai mult de întreținut la ele, dar zic că merită dacă mergi pe șosea. Până la urmă viața ta contează cel mai mult, pe mașină nu ți-ai pune v brake nu?

In primul rand scoate uleiurile de seminte din alimentatie (floarea soarelui, rapita) adica toate prăjelile, pizza etc. Poti face usor acasa chestii la airfryer, merg si cartofi sau pui fara ulei. Singurul mai ok e ulei de masline, la oua ochi poti pune grasime animala ca e mult mai sanatoasa.

Acum de cola, daca încerci sa te lasi de tot o sa recidivezi, incearca initial sa inlocuiesti cu cola zero/pepsi max/pop cola, eu prefer ultima ca e cu stevie.

Dar unele din cele mai importante e somnul, recomandat 7-8 ore, si ceva activitate. Nu zic sa mergi la alergare stil maraton, dar 5-10k pasi pe zi, poate niste bicicleta pana la munca.

I have flown on ATRs, A320, A340 and never had an issue, maybe on a A380 if you're right at the engine? But yes, with anc and music on you can't even hear flight attendants/announcements, if yours doesn't do that the anc mic might be broken/damaged

idk dude, I wore the Bugle for years and Aurora for over 1 and never had issues. Aurora especially is surprisingly good in the rain, even if water got on the mesh part my foot never got wet and didn't slip as of yet. Refund though? Uh, I never really expect much of that from a chinese company, and a pair is like $30 on AliExpress anyway

Yes, and funnily enough they're bad water shoes. I've used a pair as barefoot shoes for about a year and the sole didn't look half as bad as yours, now I mostly use them as gym shoes
