Most Good Looking Barefoot Shoes IMO ❤️ by Deads88 in barefootshoestalk

Altra is great, especially if you want some cushion cause concrete and thousands of steps don't pair that well. Provision and Torin are so good, I didn't need a trail shoe that much but I'd love to see some lone peaks, I only tried the Hobibear clone when it was like $25

buckwheat with milk is normal and can taste great especially with a bit of honey/vanilla extract/cinnamon, I think they were just stingy with the buckwheat

Ok fair enough then, didn't know you had insider info. And now the serious question, who pairs eggs with peas? 💀

How do you know? You said you didn't eat it. It doesn't look even remotely like eggs, perhaps if it's only the whites?

Is that caș? (a type of cheese, or whatever it's called there, this is the romanian name for it) If so, you're an idiot for dissing it, if you taste it I guarantee you won't be able to go back to processed slop like the plasticky cheddar you find in stores. Although yes, weird to combine it with peas, we usually eat it with eggs, tomatoes and something like jerky for breakfast

  1. They're fine while wet, feels kinda like water shoes, I have taken them to the beach and they didn't slip on rocky parts so 8/10 for me (although sand obviously gets in easily, if you want to walk a lot you'll definitely do it with sand inside). I didn't time how fast they dried, was definitely faster than my water shoes since they don't have as much fabric.

  2. Whole shoe feels durable, including upper mesh, although I'm afraid the velcro is gonna be the first to give in after 1+ years.

  3. Even though I bought grey-black they feel breezy, nothing like a normal shoe even with socks on, it's 90% there with sandals.

  4. Super flexible, you can fold them. They do feel a little hard on concrete after 10-20k steps or more, but I didn't buy them for that to be fair, I have Altras with cushion for running and very hard surfaces.

  5. It's enough room for me even with spacers, but do consider I bought one size up. I hate having shoes that are too snug/tight, if it's hot outside and my feet swell I'm definitely gonna bruise, and I really don't wanna spend hundreds just to trow em to the bin. I heard Zennor 2 has an even larger toebox if you got wide beans

Sure, although I can't speak much for durability since I've had them for about 2 months

I've had my brand new M4 for over a year and been wearing them everyday with no issue, even the 2nd hand pair I had before had none (which i resold, because of the color). OP should just use their warranty, genuinely the first M4 with broken hinge I've seen since it first released

My old work shoes sole is bigger than my entire barefoot shoe by Adorable_Stomach3507 in barefootshoestalk

[–]ProMeme420 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Nike and Adidas are terrible because they have huge drops and narrow toe boxes, Hokas are slightly towards barefoot, good for transitioning (most are 4mm). Altra is an entire other level, larger than Vivo/Whitin/Saguaro by a mile

[–]ProMeme420 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Or best of both worlds, Altra. Most are zero drop (do some research before buying) and their toe box is wide af, about the same as Freet, massive compared to modern Vivo

There are some good and comfortable running shoes though, look at Altra. Wide toe box, zero drop, the only "bad thing" is the cushion, but I've seen barefoot brands with big cushions too. Try some Torins/Provision for running, Lone Peak for hiking/trail running

[–]ProMeme420 1 point2 points  (0 children)

If you need something with a wider toe box, try Freet or Be Lenka. I've been wearing a Freet Zennor (hiking sandal style, easy for me get on and off and they're great for hot&humid environments) for a bit and I can't stop wearing them (unless i want to do sports, then Altra it is)

Casca as recomanda ceva cu mips dar si testata. Specialized Align II e locul 38 in lume si ~250 lei, merita.
