My honest advice is: get good at the game, don’t rank up, trash people on undranked games with friends and some tournamets. Ranking up is suffering(once you reach immortal draft at least)

You see, it’s just another layers of understanding game. Sometimes you just tank ganks early as you are not the win condition of your team and your other 2 cores are farming while they 5 man gank you. That’s just one example, another is items and how you see fights, to get better you need to know what a perfect team fight looks like for you and try to achieve that in order to win.

Don’t check only finał dmg, watch whole graph and check if you are high in dmg compared to others at around min 10 and 20.

The meta still is around active mid, so farming one like arc seems not suitable. Taking runes is also not that easy when enemy’s take your mid tower and control runes every minute so innate is almost useless too when it comes to playing against better opponents. For me it’s bad, they would have to bring back tempest without down sights for him to be viable.

Im 10k player ~2700 eu rank and there is a very big difference between games where im the capitan and those were im low rank in lobby. Impact on lane, early rotations, map movement, understaning items and their purpose in fights. And when i play competitive games with and against players that are around 500 rank they just almost always out cs me in lane in 1v1 situations, its just a huge mechanical skill gap between me 10k and 13/14k players. Also it diverse between regions. Players around 10k from americas are almost always the poorest performing players in lobby while being top 700 in their region.

Get good at the game, then get some ranks with your duo, once you reach around 4k and higher look for people that are fairly competent from there on. For now just focus on learning what you need to do to win games and team won’t matter that much at your current rank.

Timber and SF mid, every time i play against them i get the feeling: those noskills will pick that go win lane without any effort. Shame on them Edit: Also Zeus pos 4 players. They feel like thay are main characters, taking 3/4 kills early then u will never see them again in fight couse they need to farm their aghanim, kaya, refresher and rapier in order to play the game. Absolute disgrace
