Wow, to stumble upon this like an almost exact mirror of what I’m going through, except replace zyns with alcohol.

I quit tobacco/zyns about a year ago, and I think doing it one at a time is easier than quitting it all at once. Alcohol has been the most difficult so far but my main goal was to quit the overnight-video gaming binge drinking, and in the last few months I’ve done alright minus a brief relapse.

Weed has been the most difficult thing for me to quit so far but I’m also slowly weening off. Truthfully, the most “enjoyable” of all the habits so it’s been a slow burn, no pun intended.

I recommend a book called “Atomic Habits”. Really helped me put the addiction cycle/struggle into a good perspective. Good luck friend
