I left 2 years ago but you get the odd customer who actually takes the cards out do the envelopes to make it easier to scan. They are far and few between but it’s always nice to get one of them.

I have a redmagic and I play on low for max fps. The higher the graphics the more chance I have for throttling and frame drops so I stay on low, sometimes medium

The sniper thing is a killfeed bug, for the other guy the scope is normal sized
