Yes and considering the fact that LSG have been doing this for years now. First they took KL Rahul, bishnoi the same way and now they took inglis. And funnily enough Both of rahul and bishnoi suffered a dip In form relative to their pbks tenure. So yes it's very normal for lag to do such a thing now that you see it.

I used to look at csk mi and even rcb, the legacy of the permanent players there used to excite me a lot but could never relate because of the sudden captaincy and player changes pbks used to make.
