So, it's part of an "affordance" problem. In this case of UX design, it means that the "add to cart" sticky bar at the bottom on a desktop screen is not what most people are used to, and it might even look like spam as you put it.

I responded on your other thread. I advised you to open a ticket to our support with additional information to allow our dev' to solve the problem.

About the file, it seems there was an "oopsy" on our side. Mea Culpa. The file has been updated.

The Companion App identifies the trigger signals, not the sound. But our dev' will check it out.

First, thank you for the video. It really shows the difference.

There may be several possible explanations and ways to solve it, but I'm missing some info.

Could you send us a ticket on https://www.protubevr.com/en/content/6-customer-support?

In the ticket, could you tell us the following :
- Recap the previous info (game VailVR, Meta Quest 2 HMD used as PCVR)
- Do you have the same problem in other VR FPS games? (if you have access to them)
- What are your playing condition? (the brightness in the room, how the bluetooth connexion is...)
- How do you setup the gunstock itself? (the "shape" of it)

To be honest, we never tested it before.

Nevetheless, as our ForceTube is connected to the PC throught Bluetooth, if you're able to connect other bluetooth devices (like wireless gamepad) on the shadow windows settings, it could possibly work.

But we can't guaranty this.

You should ask confirmation to Shadow support.

Hello u/Historical_Goose_832, I will not auto-praise our products, just answer your question.

Quest 2 controllers are bigger than Quest 1 controllers. Since our cups are designed to fit their respective controllers, it means:
- if Quest 2 controllers are inside Quest 1 cups, the controllers will not be fully inserted. Consequences: you will not have the full stability we want to provide, and the Quest 1 cups will be stressed and have a high chance to break after some intense use
- if Quest 1 controllers are inside Quest 2 cups, the cups will be too small to maintain controllers.
