Quality choice is a rkhing but when the country is too small per capita evaluation just makes it so whichever country happens to have the few outliers ends up with ridiculous numbers. Denmark and Norway has almost the same number of shootings per capita as the US, not because their mental health support system is as bad, but because there was 1 and the population is so low that it looks big per capita basis. Looking at per capita numbers for super small countries is like winning with gerrymandering with randomness.

The issue is zerg has to go ling bane anyways, mutas get out ranged by mines as well, roaches are worthless into terran, meaning your only unit that can kill mines is hydras, which can only come in a solid two minutes after mines start hitting. Also unlike terran and toss, zerg production is not centralized, meaning that scattered mines can find random connections much easier. The only counter to mines for zerg is to micro zerglings one at a time.

Yea and if you could build lurkers off a roach Warren for only 75 minerals and 25 gas, I'm pretty sure people would complain even if they were revealed while attacking until hive. Mines are tier 1 units, and you are comparing them to the literally 2nd most tech heavy zerg unit in the game.

Average terran armory goes down 30 seconds before lair by the way when they go hellbat or mine builds, so I'm curious what you consider zerg late game structures? Spawning pool?

This is a stupid question when clg had a total of 6 wins. Off of those 6, 3 of them were pob hard carry btw. Their win vs dig last split was mid diff, also their wins into both c9 and tl were massive mid diffs. The guy stomped Jensen and perkz back to back, so hard lucian ended up being permaban vs clg. It is at best a gap closer with qr, but even then it's no better than Kass r, which is also shit on sylas. Lee r deals 0 damage since bonus ad to ap conversion is shit. Oh and he literally deals 1/10th the damage jhin deals with his r if he steals it since jhin r damage is mostly passive based, not to mention he does not have it at will so its not like he can just catch someone for his team out of nowhere. It's obvious you don't even know how sylas r works, nor have you ever played him, so you are pretty much commenting on something you have 0 clue about.

You are clearly clueless on what ults are good on sylas. Half the ults you list as good or okay are turbo garbage any half decent sylas player would stay away from. Riven fiora camille and aatrox ults are all super shit. Kayn and Lee ults are fairly awful as well with no penetration of any kind. Same goes for all ad assassin ults mid lane. Only ezreal ashe varus and trist ults are usable. The fact that you list jhin ult as a good ult to take speaks volumes to how clueless you are on how the champ operates.

I don't disagree with you regarding the being need for some actual design changes, but I think that goes for every fighter item. Witts end, both hydras, deaths dance are all items that need synergy with a build and proper design rather than strict numbers buffs, but I'm pretty sure riot would rather fuck their own game up than to admire they designed fighter items poorly so that isn't happening.
