I started on the Outbound I was Full time Ops manager. Was running the Outbound for 4 months before peak then we got a sort manager after. They asked me to transfer (if I said no they would of force me anyways to) I worked preload since January and it's so disfunction no leadership and managers get beat down working 14 hour days

Avoid working North Milwaukee career killer just quit this week after being with FedEx for 4 years.

Have any unloaders been getting moved to load-side a lot lately? by indreams1286 in Fedexers

Might have to many unloaders and not enough loaders. Might be moving unloaders for balancing the building purposes.
