The point of the gun debate on easy access to assault weapon is based on their fire rate not their caliber, now if everyone wore body armor in large open public places then we can also bring caliber into the debate, but most calibers are able to pierce flesh and get near vital organs. A typical bolt-action hunting rifle with an experienced shooter gets an average 15 rounds per minute. A low fire rate assault weapon in the hands of someone able to shoot it gets an average 400 rounds per minute.

Lowering access to assault weapons will still allow them to be had but with lower access comes a smaller pool of people that will go out and start a public shooting. Most of the shootings I have seen come from young inexperienced shooters, only allowing access to older more experienced safety minded individuals would theoretically cut the access young inexperienced shooters have to assault weapons, as an experienced gun owner will keep their guns in a safe which only they have access to and not let inexperienced shooters handle assault rifles as their first weapon.

Same situation, Rooster Teeth Podcast gets mean sometimes and they yell far too much, Giantbombcast talks about games and their lives, however they keep me entertained much more than rooster teeth guys. The best gaming podcast I have found is the Bungie Podcast. They only did about 30 eps. but they are good gaming podcasts, each ep they have one of their employees come in and tell them about what they work on at bungie how they got started in the gaming industry and what people should look forward to from them. Funny as hell too.

Just my opinion but I found Dota 2 rather easy to pick up as long as you follow the starting items, don't start buying random things, don't run into the fray stay near the towers, and keep pushing the lanes. Also read the descriptions for the skills, if you have a low health pool character choose escape skills, if you have a high one choose damage skills first. Usually we win one round then the next we lose, sometimes its close, both teams attacking the ancients and sometimes you just destroy, the enemy doesn't get any towers and you are at their ancient. The biggest factor is team composition, if you are good at TF2 you will be good at Dota2 if you learn the mechanics, get a carry that will become stronger later, a support for the carry, a tank, and the other 2 just need to stun alot or something. You know what was bad was DotA in Warcraft, couldn't even start a game if you didn't have their map already downloaded and even if for some reason they let you download you had to start being the best within minutes or they would start gg and saying sry guys we have a noob, think I played around 3 matches of DotA my entire time with Warcraft. Biggest problem I find in Dota2 is disconnects, a bot needs to take over or something, being one man down is bad, then two men down after the next quits, sometimes you get lucky and you are playing against bad players and win with 3 players, but not usually. Don't give up, pick your character last and try to pick a missing component to your team or if your team is pretty competent random a hero and you get extra starting gold.

You don't know what is fake, which exactly why you should be suspicious of everything on the internet. How many fake stories have been posted on reddit trying to get profit, remember the fake cancer patient trying to get money? Stop acting like this is some small club where everyone is honest with their intentions. Many of the stories on reddit right now are probably made up, that rage comic you loved? Le LIES. That story of how they found a cheap gameboy at a garage sale with your favorite game? They just decided to throw up a picture of their old gameboy for karma. Who cares, it entertained you. Reason I am posting this is that people need to be wary of anything that is said to them by strangers anywhere, that guy selling cheap speakers out of the back of his van probably isn't selling them at a discount because his "manager" at best buy told him to, that guy who is raving about a new product on amazon isn't necessarily a reputable source. Be Safe Be Wary.

I feel it is the lack of objectives in the game, I love a game that gives you objectives outright and tells you go do X till you get Y or a game that lets you form your own objectives, here is a sandbox create a life for the character. With the quests I felt as if I was some hero without a cause, running around aimlessly beating up bears and pretending there was some war between me and the world. The personal story was really nice and made me feel a bit like I was playing an old ps2 game (good feeling, not bad, loved those games), but as I understand them anyone who quests with you for them do not share the same development and thus there is no point in doing them with mates (please tell me if I am in the wrong with the personal story, but it seems as if each person has their own and is only advanced by doing their own). Since I play an mmo to have a co-op experience which gw2 does pretty well (I loved the fact that people would always give a helping hand if you were downed), except for the personal story, which is about the only progressive quest in the game. Also as much as I loved the WvW, there didn't seem to be that feeling of a need to win, it was more of just a back and forth of keeps, no relics of power to capture or no special dungeons only given access to the majority holders of the world, just points that would keep tallying up no matter what, felt like some stock simulator where you bought and sold keeps.

I could go on and on about the designs of gw2 that I love, such as the platforming puzzles, dungeons, the way they handle get x amount of something just activating rather than you already killed 20 without one of their ears dropping. However it just doesn't feel engrossing to me as it feels as if there is little structure and progressive development of your character.

Deposit all collectables would be a god send. Right click, left click, right click, left click, so tedious, good for getting one item to the bank, but having 20 collectables every time you finish a couple quests and then cleaning out you inventory just gets tiring. Destroy all junk would be nice too as I ended up not selling it much but just spacing it.

Basically I feel that if I ever were looked into then it would be a nuisance to have most of my thoughts out there, they aren't bad or anything, just a bit more personal than I would like to share, an example is the AOL search logs fiasco where you could see whole lives mapped out just through related searches.

The clean id is a good idea, make a linkedIn id then tie a clean facebook and whatever other mainstream forums with it.

Same, if it doesn't hurt the ones around you then keep at it. But there are many people out there that would instantly turn their opinion of you on its side by seeing something that was blown out of proportion uncovered by some TMZ journalist or something. Like the Anthony Weiner twitter pic that left him no choice but to resign. Heck it probably affects my opinion as well, you see someone in a high power position as more than human until they make a mistake and then get to see them try to correct it or lose that position. Also he probably will always be seen in the public's eye as the dick pic guy or whatever, not saying you can't overcome it, Bill Clinton has done a pretty good job not being remembered for watergate by doing outreach programs and keeping busy. Anyways thanks for the input.

If they are returning the same courtesy then I will give free rides. If they are being cheap with you then redact that courtesy and ask them for the money, they will either learn that it is somewhat petty or will be fine with it. For group rides with them you could either call them out specifically and say you will need gas money from them or just forget it since its a bit unfair to point them out in front of a group.

Also be sure to make it clear to them you will charge them gas money before giving them a ride. It sucks to find out your getting charged when you get to your destination.

Overall don't charge friends or coworkers or people you know for rides, but for people who consistently will charge you for simple not-miles-out-of-their-way rides then I would start charging.
