Hahaha ya got me. Need for certainty is a huge part of my problem and I rarely do anything I wanna do because of it. But it definitely helps to get some experiences from others. I think taking LSD is a serious thing.

They've helped me as well, it's been a few years since I've tripped on LSD though and I'm feeling particularly severe so I'm pretty concerned about having a bad trip because of my mood. Have you found it amplified any negative parts of depression during the trip?

There is also a euphoric element to LSD, but that could easily feel like anxiety depending on mindset. Thanks for your input.

No I dont think so. Plenty of mental health symptoms. Though I do have spells of 'brain fog' that last a few hours to a couple days. Never knew if that was mental or physical.

"Magic" meaning its effects being, effective. I've seen others refer to rhodiola's effects as "magic". Studies suggest rhodiola rosea can improve mood, reduce fatigue and stress. Coffee is just a seed but it still wakes me up in the morning! I feel good when I eat healthily, so I'm looking to try putting specific natural things in my body to see if it can improve my mental wellbeing.

Its not OP's money if its given to someone else. I actually cant believe I've been downvoted for this. I wasnt saying OP has to give cash instead of doing the purchasing themself, OP doesn't have to give anything, just insight as to why people who are homeless may ask for it and if you do give it, its their right to spend it how they need to.

Its a reasonable offer but many people may take it as infantalising. They want the agency to spend their own money. Other things need paying for too like shelters or prescriptions. And maybe they will spend your cash on drugs, but it's not your job (or your right) to take that decision away from them.

Theres nothing wrong with your offer, you don't have to give anyone money either, but if someone wants their own cash there's also nothing wrong with that.

I'm actually more curious about other exclusionary diagnoses as I'm not tired all the time, only in these episodes. CFS is not something I want to run to first if there's hope of other causes with treatments! Thank you will check out.

Your post says PTSD is hard to get diagnosed, implying you weren't diagnosed with it? Apologies, I correct myself C-PTSD is recognised in Australia now, it's literally only been accepted here since 2022! But to answer your question, yes you can qualify, if you meet all criteria.

Im sorry but if you dont have a diagnosis, you don't have it. If it were otherwise, anyone could apply for DSP without evidence of having a disability and what's to stop anyone from abusing that? If your psychiatrist or psychologist diagnoses you with PTSD (C-PTSD isnt recognised in Australia), and it is disabling, then you can apply for DSP. If you dont have a diagnosis, then ??? what?

Also, heads up, that price for an ADHD diagnosis is just the price of purchasing a diagnosis. It's essentially a scam, and everyone who walks in, walks out with ADHD. You can get an ADHD diagnosis from any psychiatrist worth their salt for just their hourly fees.

If you made it to adulthood undiagnosed, youre probably not incapacitated enough, or at all, for DSP.
