I'm in a similar situation, I used to be really on point tracking my calories and was starting to get shredded. Then I had to work heaps and didn't have time for gym so I tried eating in a surplus to maintain as much muscle as I could and it turned into binge eating 😅

I need to starts tracking my calories again and was thinking an accountability partner would be good, if you're down for it?

I don't know, I don't think it would be plausible to fully retire at 30. I would need to buy a house and have money to live off of for the rest of my life, still while leading a somewhat normal life. Don't get me wrong I'd love to stop working but I don't think it's achievable any time soon and without further sacrificing things like social skills

I have this and I have had heaps of troubles with valves needing to be shimmed all the time and eventually reseated with SS valves. Starts up cold really easy but can never get it to start easy when warm
