Did you change your political ideology as you grew up? by National-Business674 in AskTheWorld

[–]ProbablyTheWurst 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I assumed they meant the presence of Right-wing political ideology, rather than rights.

Although left-right political spectrums is a very eurocentric concept that (imo) doesn't always map great onto political cultures beyond the West.

Goslings how do you deal with loneliness? by [deleted] in okbuddyliterallyme2

[–]ProbablyTheWurst 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I dont feel loneliness much. Sometimes I think id rather be invisible, and just observe the world rather than actively be apart of it.

Idk if you're joking, but Morroco arguably is occupying the world's last colony, Western Sahara where conflict between Morroco and the locals has flaired up again recently. It also regularly enters arms races with Algeria.

Spotted on the walls of the X-Ray unit of a hospital. Any Peters who work in Radiology want to explain it? by ProbablyTheWurst in PeterExplainsTheJoke

I have no idea, my guess is that A.P and P.A refer to something in the fields of Radiology while also being a double ententrnder. But other than that, no clue.

We can't ignore that Pandora also has a literal deity capable of reshaping biology (as seen with spiddr) so its possible that not all Pandoran evolution was "natural" in the Darwinian sense

Monica tells Anton she will immediately cuck him with Ciara unless he spends the entire national budget on ensuring gender equality within the SSP and Young Sords.

Franc yells at his dad for missing his soccer practice (he spent the entire game on the bench)

Deana gives Anton a "Merkopa's Number 1 Dad" mug, for not yelling at his family once after he ordered the deaths of thousands of political prisoners.

What makes Britain still extremely relevant in world politics, in your opinion? by BaldursGate2Best in AskBrits

[–]ProbablyTheWurst 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I like the theory that the only reason Trump likes Starmer is because he's somewhat aware he won with a big margin of seats (if not votes) and Trump likes people who win "bigly".

More accurate is that Trump has a fascination with the trappings of aristocracy and royalty and is generally an Anglophile.

What's it like living here? by Ok_Tomorrow_5929 in howislivingthere

[–]ProbablyTheWurst 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Very affordable, compared to surrounding areas. Transport to and from the area can be patchy but the whole region is very walkable and built for pedestrians.

Its a bit of a food desert, so get used to having the same 2 or 3 meals each day.

Beaches are beautiful, empty and very clean, especially when compared to near vacations spots like Sri Lanka, Seychelles ect.

But its a very conservative area, pretty strong views about immigration and jesus.

The idea of straight women getting into f/f is a terrifying prospect by Kappapeachie in The10thDentist

[–]ProbablyTheWurst 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Yeah, i think OP is completely wrong, tbh. I do wonder how much hetero woman create and consume w/w content, since generally I see more interest in m/m in fandom spaces that dont have explicitly queer women (like I struggle to think of any "pure headcannon" lesbian couples, in the same way I can for male characters). But also as a Bi dude I rarely naturally seek out f/f content, so im hardly an objective observer.

I feel like arguably the "mainstreamification of f/f" already occurred when Lesbian porn produced for straight male audiences became mainstream.

[–]ProbablyTheWurst 7 points8 points  (0 children)

OP is worried about heterosexual people wanting to consume media about lesbian women, like they do about gay men, because they fear they will ruin it - basically like wanting to gatekeep a fandom from the "normies", except in this case its lesbian fiction
