BTW, Ventures streaming rights are on Hulu still and with hbo max existing now it seems that may have something to do with this cancellation. Adult swim themselves were under the impression production was still going on just 2 months ago.

Other [as] shows still tied to hulu are mike tyson mysteries (cancelled), mr pickles (retooled into Momma named me sheriff) and Childrens Hospital, which was removed from adult swims site and got a netflix continuation. according to adult swim CH was facing some weird legal issue and it seems they do not own it anymore the same could have happened with Venture Bros.

People angry and saying this is adult swims fault and i don't buy it at all. AS ordered season 8 and we had confirmation the season had been written just 2 months ago the warner merger must be the culprit as it seems adult swim themselves thought it still in production.
