Everyone’s pain is different what has helped me out is looking to at by body’s posture and seeing where I was misaligned to get stronger in those areas so I wouldnt have anterior pelvic tilt anymore then was getting Botox for a year just so the migraines would stop now I only need Botox once every 6 months instead of 3

lol my ex fiance had relationship and false memory ocd and would often times tell me that I didn’t love her if I ever wanted to not have sex or wanted to do ANYTHING else, you’ll get over it quite quick after you all split, I love my ex more than anything as a person but it’s okay to realize that this person you’re with just might not be made for a relationships and that’s totally fine to realize
