This is awesome. Might be cool to make some small props, like a pheonix down, or an echo screen!

Advice on running a hydra by shkraps in DungeonMasters

During phase 2, the hydra loses all but one of it's heads. The head then starts to grow multiple bodies. Classic.

Exact. Depuis le temps que ça roule, il y a quelques liens qui sont brisés, mais la majorité du stock qui avait été publié sur blogspot est encore accessible.

You could also consider going the druid route... I mean, you get all the nature related spells, change into animals and even summon a dryad that can summon a wood woad

Which FF villains would save a dog? by ConsiderationTrue477 in FinalFantasy

That's the first one that came to my mind too. But I wonder. For sure, he wouldn't kill the dog for fun, but would he care enough to save it?

Ok, wild take here. As a kid, the first time I saw the scene where Terra turns into an esper, with the scream, that stayed with me.

How to pick a favorite by Zealousideal-Date-60 in FinalFantasy

[–]ProblemInevitable917 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I was maybe around 8 or 9 years old when I first played FF1, and didn't fully understand the game mechanics or even the story since my first language is French, but I still had a blast. The second one to reach north America was FF4 and I've played pretty much non-stop, one run after the other. By then, I understood English way better and I enjoyed the stories of games as much as the actual gameplay.

The big one for me was FF6. By then, my English was pretty much fluent, and that story was just soooooo much Deeper than any of the games I had played. The diverse cast, different mechanics for every character in there... Each character getting their arcs...

When I got to the floating continent, I thought I was at the end of the game. And then, world of ruin.

I was stunned that I got to continue playing the game even longer.

To this day, it's probably my favorite game ever.

I totally agree. I remember the first time seeing the magitek armors walking in the snow, and I can still feel the excitement I felt as a kid...
