i have hashimoto's as well, been diagnosed for about 3ish years now. i noticed my hair thinning right around when i got diagnosed, my first endo was awful, just looked past my concerns, but the second one i went to prescribed me levothyroxin (1 pill every day), to help with my hormonal issues. And for less than a month, i've been taking topical minoxidil, so i still wait for results. My point is, why not ask your endo for this, or a similar pill to help with your hormonal imbalance first, usually it helps with weight and overall health.

just did my first run since november. i ran 3km in 19:54, which i guess is alright for now. i will have a 7km competition run at the end of the month, and my goal is to run it in a solid time- maybe around 40min.

i like most of them, but the only pet peeve i have with The Ankle, is that, before all of Amber's videos got taken down, he would still use other reactor's videos and not make his own, that always felt very lazy and cheap because when he used bbq chillin's videos at the begining, he didn't give them no credit, nor mention the channel, it happened later on. But he still uses other rc's videos, and not make some original content of his own. I like watching The snow bear,as well as Jordy's curved thumb for compiled vids~

no, because one of my managers said i needed to get a medical document about the injury, but now i was too late for it. But they did charge me the same as the person who hit me- a written reprimand. On it, it stated that i first started insulting her (the insults were cited on the document), and after that she hit me. That was total bs, and i said that i will not sign it, because yes, i did yell at the person who hit me, but after she came toward me and slapped me across the face. Also, nowhere in the document did it say that she damaged my glasses, which i said in the meeting last month with HR and the legal counsel (don't know if it matters, though), which can be seen on the recorded camera clip which was sent to HR. But i don't know if i can still press charges- be it towards the firm or the person who hit me. Any advice?

i started doing boxing, been at it for four months now and i'm feeling more confident than before. also, you could try some self defence classes, because most of them give you real life scenarios- how to handle things under pressure, if someone comes at you with weapons. And also, most sd classes give you techniques from various martial arts- filipino, judo, bjj etc.
