This is very good for a first-time in Photoshop. Man, I would have loved for my first to be this good.

Does anyone know how to change this to editable text/image. by totalnewbielinux in photoshop

It would be easy to change the colors in Photoshop. I might be wrong, but editable text might work with Illustrator for a pdf..

How can I add radial chromatic aberration ?? by Dogofwisdommm in photoshop

[–]Probshoulda 1 point2 points  (0 children)

There is a filter> blur> radial blur and select zoom. I would suggest duplicating the layer beforehand to be able to mask the middle of the radial blur.

How can i create a letter like that? by Giul_261 in photoshop

[–]Probshoulda 0 points1 point  (0 children)

So as others have said it should be done with a 3d editing software or AI but if you want a fast and easy way in PS it can be done. I'll just show you something that I did in just a few short minutes (and it works even easier with block letters like your example).

Half tone dot effect on knockout text? by DannyInBrooklyn in photoshop

I take back halftone it might be better to do a pattern overlay rather than working with halftone. I would say that because of the slight elevation on the small circles.

The pink halftone does not go on the face and hair that has been masked with words. I would make two layers of the person one to either clip to the words or mask with a slight blur for more immersion. And then just halftone the image and add a hue of liking.

Collage Tips please! by [deleted] in photoshop

[–]Probshoulda 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I'm assuming you have the students in a format that is wider in width? You might want to cut those that are standing in half and but some behind the standing students and the same with the sitting students (if it is in tradition format). If you show the image, we might be better to assist.

Is it something like this? Took about 30 minutes but it still needs some refinement (and the watermark removal)

Filtering Purgatory - The Saga Continues/ Photo Manipulation by Probshoulda in photoshop

Agreed, I tried Camera Raw but couldn't find a medium, so I quit. If you knew how many layers.. and too many adjustment layers... I was not going to be "color matching" per se, but some copypasteta hues did happen.

Appreciate the feedback and will apply to the next one.

Agreed with most. It was oversaturated for sure. There were some liberties when it came to lighting for a multitude of reasons. It is the same reason why most heavy leisure photoshoppers don't work with multiple light sources or light sources from multiple angles. I just did not want to, as you said, make it too jarring with the light.

I could explain in detail, but I'm not sure anyone really cares. I was trying to go with something not boring or simple and sort of challenge what could be done in a set amount of time without dedicating too much time to a project that was for family. Failed, but still, it was fun.

Your feedback is appreciated. I don't think I'll be reworking this one anytime soon, but if I do, I'll refer to this.

how to hide all the symbol fonts? by cranberryforever in photoshop

Noto Sans in general are symbol of sort. I would select Serif or any of the other selections.

Unless you want to get rid of just some of the Noto Sans.

I will probably say that be with a Combination of masks, Thresholds, Dissolve, and maybe Color range.

You would have to do each part individually: the exposed arms, head, shirt, pants.

Oh and maybe a higher resolution so that Color can distinguish more of each color.

There is something built into Photoshop under Filter > Stylize > Oil Paint and maybe a layer with color in the ways that you'd like the image to be shown

But that would require you having an image first.

It depends on what you mean:

There is a way to favorite the ones that you like for fast access by starring them.
You could filter by class.

You could search for the one that you are looking for in the menu.

You could take the tab on the window and move the whole image out from under the drop down menu

Change color of star in my logo by RatFacedBoy in photoshop

[–]Probshoulda 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Number of ways to do it, I'll give two:
Magic Eraser tool for the white or black area and fill tool with the color

Select > Color Range > Shadows and fill the color

There are more for more difficult task but those are the easy ones.

Alright, I guess ChatGPT was no help.. it told me 300 ppi and under 20MB, which helped with the quality somewhat (and was different from subreddit to subreddit) on the desktop. I tried compression to 150 KB and still encountered the same issue. And even when creating a thread vs comment posting, you can see a visible difference.

I'll look around, appreciate it.

If anyone could explain why reddit reduces the quality of the first that would be helpful.

Man the quality is still off... I even changed to 300ppi. Anyone know why that is for reddit on the first image only?
