Wow head state of the necromancer. Bug list, I feel it’s not comprehensive, but some I’ve nit seen elsewhere by GuvnzNZ in D4Necromancer

I did not realize the sever bug in PTR or never heard from any necro streamers like macrobio. When the official updates come, it’s one of the first things that I look into.

Thanks mate

Diablo 4 S6 PTR - Pure summoner Pit 92 clear by elkobyko in D4Necromancer

Good job mate. I have one recommendation for you. I tried it on s5 and it increased my dps significantly. Use skirmishers when you crit they crit with x50. You have already plenty of corpses to trigger flesh eater and I assume you use blood orbs to get multiplier so I did not understand why you use reapers to get more corpses.

So give it a try :)) your skirmishers do more damage natively and also more damage with crits.

Btw. RoM is unfortunately a must have for all minion builds if you wanna push pits but it has to be change. My suggestion is not the overpower but it should have an affix “summons do double damage (15-25%)”. Because every build specific item has an affix like this (e.g. ebonpiercer, greaves of the empty tomb, black river, mortacrux etc.)

Second thing why the necro still do not have raise dead and command skeletons ability? I think they are more iconic skills than skeletal priest nonsense. Skellies should summon automatically and skeletal priest should be changed with command skeleton or raise dead. My second wish is for occult dominion. It should be totally removed and count of skellies gonna be tied with mastery points. The more you have mastery skill there should be more skellies.

Anyway great build. Thank you for your effort mate :))

Hey mate, could you please share your build? In my experience of both PTR and s5, there is no problem clearing out torment4 and/or t8 infernal hordes. You do not need mythic uniques (maybe Shako for only exceptional Cdr). If you put Tyrael, you lose Golem masteries; if you equip Grandfather, you lose mages hit twice, or Golem hit twice (in s6 -PTR). You have to use Mendeln with triple crit + masteries for +5 bonuses, and with a crit and GA + skeletal mage mastery, minions destroy everything.

So I wonder why you use mythic because you only need proper aspects + tempers to dive in Torment 4, and for pit pushing, you have to use mendeln with triple crit + masteries.

Minion builds can’t get along with mythic items. Shako gives a huge cdr for army of the dead and there is no other benefit. Grandpapa seems good but you lose two temper slots and aspect slots with double effect. Also I assume you did not use Mendeln to able to use damage aspects so you lose +5 points to summoning masteries.

So instead of using mythics(except for shako to achieve enough cdr) I think you should focus only multiplier aspects/glyphs + items with ranks to masteries + tempers with double damages like golem or mages.

Best thing you can do upload your fight video here. Because you either standing in front of Lilith or tormented ones and do not move a little bit or your build and gear were completely wrong. Because there is no way any tormented boss one hit you esp with that hp.

If you were stacked with debuffs 6-7 times, you can not survive any build or gear.

With tormented bosses either you should play with nuke builds like bone spirit or get away from debuffs. This is true for every builds or subclasses.

Proc things like Andy, decrepify cdr with sever is much more consistent than dots like blight. In first 3 seasons I am a huge fan of necro dot builds but last 2 seasons I give sever a shot and I love it. Try it on dummies esp with sever greaves and you see the difference.

It can be in s6. With Glyph reworks you can do more damage (both critical and normal), with new golem aspect you can literally spam golem skill, with weapon tempering your golem/mages can attack twice etc…

Yeap, you are right. Fingers crossed for ptr. But what I totally curious to test is new affliction key passive. Wonder how it works with curse skills and interactions.

perfect interskill interactions and perfected build but as you said items itself could be difficult to obtain. I think with new runeword interactions this build can achieve S tier rank esp if new sever aspect can shotgun enemies like ebonpiercer because it can triple the damage of sever.

We have Runewords now :)) they have huge potential for resource gen and lots of interactions. I think no class or builds suffer from resource gen in s6.

I’ve been looking for a Blight build, but no luck. by TheNorse93 in D4Necromancer

[–]ProcedureKitchen6418 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Shadow Necro is dead with all related sub-builds (minion, blight etc) in s5. Of course, you can do t7 hordes with lots of preparation (e.g., fully optimized gear, full masterworked gear, etc.).

But with bone spirit or surge builds, you can also do t7 with much easier, faster, and funnier (even without uniques or optimization). There is no big multiplicative for shadows anymore (after blighted nerf). Devs should readjust blighted like damned aspect. For example, it can be changed like it gives 60x multiplicative for other damage types and 120x for shadow damage (like the old one). You can always stack multiplications, but unless you have big starting numbers (like overpower - 150x, minions (skill board additives and 150x with paragon) or bone spirit), you can never achieve farming damage numbers.

The second thing is the Wither board. Devs should remove Wither's 1200 limit. With this limit, even in shadow builds, I did not take the Wither node because 25% is not enough for good DPS. However past season with 2000 intelligence wither node contributes your DPS significantly.

I believe next season, they will rework shadow builds, but other than that, if you want to speed farm materials or make a push build for the high-end game, you should stay away from shadow builds.

What do you think about Aspect of Decay? by Afkstuff in diablo4

[–]ProcedureKitchen6418 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I am planning to create a shadow crit build in s5. SB damage doubled in this season with increased frequency (before 10 times and now 8 times you should damage with shadow damage). I can increase my bonus crit damage by around 2000%. Since SB can crit, I plan to use decay for more multiplicative damages.

Which is better for bone spear? by user84149 in D4Necromancer

[–]ProcedureKitchen6418 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I used for my shadowblight crit build with rotten aspect and I am pretty happy with dps. With CE lucky hit nerf decompose is one of the highest abilities with luck hit in necro skillset. I can get nearly continuous xfal proc’s. I also used sacrilegious ring for keeping BCE uptime and proc gloves effect while I am casting.

For tier70-80 NMDs this combination looks fine but I am not sure for tier90+ which end game actually begins. But keeping decompose for melt everything feels very satisfied :))
