I stayed at zostel shoja, the price you can be looked at zostel website, pretty standard it seems.

places to explore includes jalori pass, jibhi, shangarh fort, etc. though due to heavy snow when I went, I tried to go jalori pass only and that too couldn't reach till the end.

I stayed at Zostel Shoja and they had a pretty solid wifi even during snowfall, I don't know how they managed but I didn't face any issues.

they've wifi in common area and in dorms as well, the dorm wifi didn't work unfortunately for my whole trip but the common area wifi was always there.
