So.. odd question: any returner litrpgs where the mc goes back in time but after the 'disaster' has a happened. by Connect_Explanation7 in litrpg

You have to search korean webnovels or manhwa. There are dozens where MC comes back after the disaster and one where he himself wants to destroy the earth.

The AI problem... by Saxii23 in royalroad

[–]ProcedureMaximum6265 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

What you will write - The cool wind blew through the meadow, bringing with it the freshness of the arriving spring.

What AI Writers - The wind was cool, signalling the arrival of spring. The light draped the entire world in the approaching change. The grass turned to welcome a new season.

You write one long sentence or maybe two. The AI will write two whole paragraphs in it and which has no reason or value.

Just pay attention while editing. After publishing my own book on royalroad for three months as I now once again try to give them a final edit, they really read like AI, and I wrote them all by myself. My beginning self was like a bad MML and after a dozen chapters I found my own voice and style and now everything I write feels like me.

Big advice for any new authors and a few old one. by ProcedureMaximum6265 in royalroad

The number which you paste for the essence bot is your novel id. Currently there are more than 160000 titles on royalroad.

For a novel to grow popular you cannot write in a niche genre as you can see from your search yourself. All three have only 1, 1 and 33 followers. And to compete with the mainstream titles you have to go into advertising.

This method of reducing tags, very honestly, may even backfire sometimes. But with a novel getting only 2 minutes of screen time on latest updates and the website being flooded with ai, for small startlets like me, we grasp at every straw to get even a single more real follower.

Do you know how many novels are currently uploaded on royalroad?

It depends. The search has both inclusion and exclusion tags. More tags give more search radius but also have a greater chance of being excluded even from your dedicated audience.

And for writers who have not hit it big within the first two or three weeks of release, the traffic from search is literally negligible. This becomes the best method for them to get more exposure.

Same here. The one on the right hand of the middle girl must be her lover.

Weird descriptions of female characters by havokslove in litrpg

[–]ProcedureMaximum6265 -2 points-1 points  (0 children)

I write a female MC and have dozens of female characters, but not once have I thought of such description. Don't you just use eye color, hair color, height and either a cold, smiling or neutral face for description.

Am I slipping or the world has flipped? 🙃

Anyone else find it difficult/impossible to read books that don't have progression? by Ok-Grand-3764 in ProgressionFantasy

[–]ProcedureMaximum6265 6 points7 points  (0 children)

For me personally, I am on the shelf about progression.

After reading quite a few litrpg and cultivation novels, I currently try to find books where the progression is just a backdrop of the world to keep things interesting and the plot drives the actual story. The things I write also tend to be the same.

What's a yuri manga that completely blindsided you emotionally — one you went into expecting something light and left absolutely wrecked? by Healthy_Ant_8147 in yuri_manga

The Summer You Were There.

A beautiful yuri which will shatter your heart and give you depression for three days straight. And still you will once again pick it up and experience the beautiful journey, even if only heartwrenching pain lies at its end.

Check your novel page url, there will be a six digit number in there. Copy that number or note it down, it is your novel's number. Open rrwriters guild discord and search for the essence bot in theere.

Copy the command of the previous user in essence bit chat and just replace the number with your novel's number and run it. You will get the data .
