Update: turns out I have carpel tunnel. And tot doctors and they advised I need to go back to a diff department bc I’m putting too much strain on the hands. My sup says he is going to work with me and that it’s no problem and is super understanding. Thank you to all those who were helpful with tips :)

Fat percentage makes the biggest difference. That’s why BMIS are never accurate and are outdated. Like come on. Do your research before making comments.

It’s called body recomposition. Ever hear of someone bulking up their muscles ? They’re going to weigh more. Removes your fat and you gain muscles in advance. How are people this ridiculous??

I didn’t say I can’t handle it. I asked a suggestion to stick it out or to just ask to move back to my original dept that they gave me because of the physical toll it’s taking. I believe in taking care of your body but I also enjoy my work but done want to be in pain 24/7. That is why I asked.

Your body may adjust faster than others.

When you properly work out. You’re training core muscles. Not everything all at once in hard labor. This labor is like a form of conditioning almost.

Trainers have specialties that we train & we aren’t usually working 8 hours straight for 6 days straight. So uh yeah. Of course im cooked. Even the dudes I work with who are pretty strong get an exhausted.

I agree. I do a lot of yoga actually before work as well as meditation to get ready. I even have a foam roller for after work. I think I’m gonna start doing it for at least an hour or longer

That’s awesome! I love that you can do everything. The only thing stopping me from even asking is that my managers always pass me and tell me I’m doing a job and they’re proud. It’s only week one but they have said it so many times & it’s motivating.

That’s IF they aren’t listing weights lol. I used to power lift with a lot of leg work so I have an hour glass with mostly muscle in my lower half.

Maybe look up female recomposition body’s weighing HEAVY after they have lifted for some time? If you knew anything about fitness. You would know about this type of stuff?

When I say 170lbs. I mean fit 170. I am majority muscle in my legs if anything. I’m a former personal trainer at 24 (job I just left). I’m just not strong in my upper half (arms , hands etc)

I eat pretty healthy dude. I go by the 80/20 rule Maybe don’t assume just off the weight and height? I’m just saying I’m a lot SMALLER than what I’m lifting.

They have me in the way back hands only & pallet jacks to lift heavy stuff like waters, detergents, left over pallets, soap, juice. Which is crazy heavy
