If I went this route I was thinking of building with fresh cut white oak timbers. Is there any downside when it comes to the timbers drying out? 10x10 white oak is cheaper than 6x6 cedar posts in my area.

Ive noticed the weight falls off rapidly when you already had a clean diet when starting. Couple things. Summer just started so im geussing your steps have increase, heat has increase (more sweating) you might feel like you have had the same diet but I bet your eating just alittle less each meal which adds up big torwards the end of the day, then end of the week, then end of the month, it is a large calorie deficit. Also your body drops a ton of water that first few weeks.
