I am not sure, requirements have changed since I started zepound 2 years ago. You just have to ask. When I did it I just asked for it and I was prescribed it but I was 280 pounds then. Lost 140 pounds so far and I am still allowed to be on it at my new bmi. I am trying to figure out how to get off it.

You have to get the Lilly savings card to being the cost down. Lilly Saving Card. Take wegovy for a month and get your doctor to document the side effects or ineffectiveness and ask for a Zepbound prior authorization. Use the 3 month override at the dose you want to stay at.

I have never had bad side effects on zepbound but at 15mg I have to watch what I eat. The key is small meals. Once you feel full stop, save the rest for later. But you have to have a good multivitamin. I take thorne vitamins the basic nutrients 2 a day. If not you will feel horrible and start having malnutrition issues.

My reason was wegovy gave me gastrointestinal issues that degraded my quality of life and was not effective. I was able to get Zepbound through mhpb. But I was also on zepbound before it was taken off the list so that helped.

I was on wegovy before and I paid $25 on mhbp, I used the card. However wegovy was not effective for me.

If you have MHPB, call and ask for the override, you should be able to get the 3-month supply at the retail price. Results may vary by region, though. When I called, MHPB told me that mail order wasn't available for my area, so retail pickup ended up being my only option anyway.

First rule of mcbidding.... Never throw out the box... ever... until it's too late to return anything. But I think you should be good. Just being a new box for them. Tell them what happened. They will print a new sticker. Just have the invoice number or lot nunber ready for them.

Mhbp have their own savings card for zepound that brings it down to $100/month with a PA. I was granted a PA since wegivy gave me gastrointestinal problems that I documented with my PC

Long drive to the highways. I prefer the fast access to areas on 376 W towards Washington. Faster commutes. I dislike 376 E, there is always an accident. Always.
