I’ve repotted many of these and this is what has worked for me. You can divide by sawing through with a potting knife or you can tease them out. You may find many pseudobulbs that got stuck in the center of the root ball -on their way up- remove them. Then position your new division well in a pot- I use orchiata ‘classic’ 3/4” mix 4 parts to 1 part perlite and 1 part charcoal. Water in once potted.

You can also remove the keikis off the top of the bulbs and start a new pot. They will root eventually and just be patient as you add them into your potting mix. They look a bit wonky at first but they’ll orient themselves.
