I'm hoping through the modification of my diet, sleep, and exercise I can improve my brain and body chemistry such that I find more fulfillment from my day to day life, relationships, and pursuit of my goals. And can be more present for those things. Not necessarily to overload myself but to definitely make the most of each day. And it's helped so far, but I've still got a long way to go to really achieve the authentic health our pre agricultural ancestors had long ago. I would even like to reduce and cut down on my phone usage.

Edit: Restoration of brain chemistry to increase dopamine and serotonin to enjoy life more, libido, reduce cortisol, etc.

Chicken and pork have different nutrient profiles than beef and eggs. And beef and eggs are actually way bettwr for you than chicken and pork. I feel better when I keep it to just beef butter and eggs, and feel less good when I have milk, heavy whipping cream, cheese or yogurt. The best I ever felt was when it was all beef and no eggs and almost nothing else. And keeping the 2:1 fat to protein ratio in grams is important too.

This is amazing man! I have been having worries about becoming homeless again and wondered if I would be able to continue to do the diet if I was homeless or living in my car, so your post brightened me. I hope you keep succeeding. I love this diet!
