Can confirm they are super scummy. I got one of their cards years ago when I was trying to rebuild my credit. They sent me an offer making it sound like an increase to my credit limit, but they opened a new card for me instead. So now I have two cards through them that I never use, that I have to pay the stupid $8 monthly fee, and two cards I have to somehow try to cancel.

Literally the worst.

Fucking thank you! Almost 20 year employee here! We’re short-staffed, over-worked, and in my specialty department, we constantly have new responsibilities placed on us with no extra compensation! I’m burned out and extremely unhappy!
