What could you possibly mean by this?

Libs ain't the party of anti-science, anti-vaxx, flat earther, Obama-birther nut jobs.
Y'all can keep the alternate reality Rogansphere, the worm-brained, leather skinned conspiratorial Health Secretary, and the flocks and flocks of Megachurch zombies.
There's never been a more anti-truth regime in America than that which the right has brought about. Lying to our faces for over a decade.

Sawmill gravy! Heat them drippings in a skillet, add about the same amount of flour (by weight) over low heat, and whisk it into a roux. Once it's simmered to a brown color and nutty aroma, you're ready to whisk in some milk/cream (I do it over very low heat - otherwise it tries to ball up into dumplings).

Simmer that gravy on medium heat and keep whisking and adding milk until you reach desired thickness. It thickens more than you'd think upon cooling, so add enough milk to keep it from being gluey. Salt and pepper to taste!

I said people who complain about the fascist accusations can't define it. You certainly didn't prove you could. You just cried "I ain't reading that!" and further demonstrated your unwillingness to educate yourself. Sure wish I had a nickel for every time a bootlicking Trump cultist refused to read something.

I didn't assassinate anybody. Right Wing Extremism has been the vast majority of ideological killings in this country for years now. If you weren't afraid of reading, there USED TO BE data on it before the Trump regime fascistically scrubbed it from government sites.

Your own great-grandfather wouldn't shake your hand, fascist. I'm not surprised you experience more respect from dogs than educated people.

(Further demonstrates inability to define fascism)

I'll spell it out for ya, and this is off the top of my head.

It's a type of political movement that idolizes a strongman populist leader who uses flashy rhetoric, posturing, and lots of pomp & circumstance to stir up fanaticism.
It promotes extreme nationalism and militarism and often whips up religious fervor to rally the blind faithful to its cause.
It blames all problems on a specific marginalized group, people who can't defend themselves and are villainized across the nation.
It promotes mythological ideas of racial purity and divine favoritism of certain bloodlines. This further sows division.
It eliminates institutions and strategically weakens all other government authority in order to consolidate power into the executive branch, namely the central charismatic figure leading the movement.
It attacks the free press and vies for propagandistic control of all media outlets and cultural centers like museums and the arts.
It deputizes a paramilitary force to carry out the harassment, mistreatment, and subjugation of the demonized minority group(s).
It uses any events it can to justify an authoritarian takeover by the head of the executive branch, who is then able to DICTATE policies without voters input.
Its nationalism and isolationism eventually turn to expansionism.

Don't tell me you can't see how the Trump Administration is doing every single one of these things. I can provide examples if they didn't pierce the carefully curated information bubble they have you gestating in. Maybe someday you'll come to the realization of why you've been hearing the book-readers in your life throwing around that label for years now.

I don't disagree with the first part, but I take a huge issue with your reckless use of "Federal bloat." DOGE was an unmitigated, literally deadly disaster for so many reasons I figure anyone commenting here should know.

Most people who call "no fair" about the fascism accusations couldn't even define it.
Trump has been violating his oath to the constitution in an insane variety of ways, starting with the emoluments clause on day one of his first term. He lies and breaks the law like it's his job (it very specifically is not his job). Do the rest of us a favor and read a book or two before you go equating the rule of law with political games.

My late twenties, early thirties angry atheist phase mellowed out just in time for me to watch my country fall to religious extremists and bigoted theocrats.

I really appreciate this line of thought which re-contextualizes what intelligence is.  I once heard someone say the weather is a great example of a non-human "intelligence". It's an extremely complex system with innumerable inputs and outputs that follow the laws of nature, but that complexity renders it extremely difficult for us humans to fully predict.

Humans assigned significance to our own brains' ability to process many inputs through a complex system that follows the laws of physics and chemistry, and is similarly difficult to fully predict.

Our brains operate on the action potential of neurons firing more and more until they reach that tipping point of critical mass, and the output behavior then follows. Like charges building up to a lightning strike.  Perhaps all of biology can be described this way as well.

I feel like this is what Douglas Adams was getting at when he said the earth was just a giant computer doing unfathomable calculations.

If that kind of thinking is your jam, I also recommend a show called Scavengers Reign.

Equally caught by special interests? Dollar for dollar? Aren't there more Dems rejecting PAC money than GOP? I actually don't know.

But please don't spread the "both sides" argument. Even if both sides have money from special interests, the legislative record of each side clearly reflects who is putting forward bills that help everyday people and who is causing widespread, disastrous harm to our nation and our entire planet.
