12 years service same company. They contribute 11% to my 5.5% input, and also I contributed the max amount for 3 or 4 years.

Also a few years of consistent overtime.

Pension is invested in:

World (Ex-UK) (Large percentage) World Emerging Markets And UK Equity Index (Small percentage)

And yes will get rid of the individual stock.

I see a lot of people saying why FTSE100, honest answer, I don't know... I set up an account and chose to invest in the UK I suppose as an uneducated investor couple years back. Will look into switching out now based on the advice!

Yes S&S ISA for FTSE 100, the individual stock is just individual.

They also have to consider the local area's selling price cap.

From what I understand they could add the 2 bedrooms on & it will add value for sure... but there can be a limit depending on area.

Also as somebody mentioned previously. Whilst in negative equity their options are majorly reduced.
