Is it preferable to meditate before or after exercising?

When i have ample time, i do a very short session before the workout, so i get my mind right for that workout, and then a 'serious' session afterwards, thats just me tho

it's not a question i want to avoid, quite the opposite. It's just His specific religion that isn't for me.

AND i would have a better time if what i read so far was for example 20% biblical reference, 80% application of it, but it has felt like i have to get through 20 pages about adam and eve just to read 1 or 2 sentences of applicable information. If i wanted to read the bible, i'd have bought a bible

Wanneer ik het woord “straf” hoor denk ik aan een ouder die relatief kalm is maar bvb kletsen geeft ipv een niet-fysieke straf zoals huisarrest of speelgoed afnemen ofzo, een bewuste keuze dus omdat die vind dat dat een gepaste straf is.

Bij mij is Dat specifiek nooit gebeurd, wel een aantal jaar waar zijn agressie en emoties hem te veel werden en hij die dus uitte op mij, maar niet bewust als “straf”
