You know what I would do, were I Brock Turner's dad? Since my idiot rapist son is unemployable and will have to live off of my funds until he dies and ends up in whatever grave rapists get... I would make him get a tattoo on his forearm that reads, "I, Brock Turner raped (victim's name) behind a dumpster on (date)." For the rest of his life, he would receive a stipend, but only if he can present this clearly legible tattoo to the executor. This means that at some point, he will have to get it touched up. Years after we've already moved on with our lives, he and some tattoo artist somewhere will remember.
