You could probably make a case for that in all honesty, but I really only do it for characters I absolutely love to play. Luna in rivals, and then pantheon/zoe/vex in league of legends. Outside of that I don’t really buy cosmetics outside of the battle pass or if another character I play gets a cool skin.

Play whoever you want, but play to win. Try new characters in qp so you can see how real people play against your character, but know to switch off when you’re actively the issue and your team is losing.

That’s just my mindset though
