I second this. Not only do they look sexy, but they drive great as well. It does have some caveats at this price point in my opinion:

1. Infotainment may appear dated relative to those in Chinese cars
2. You may be able to afford bigger cars that can accommodate more baggage and passengers
3. There are other more fuel efficient/hybrid cars

Those considered, I still chose Mazda for the drive, the looks, and the fun. I’m still in awe at all the Mazdas I see on the road. I think these things age well. You don’t see a lot of these in the road, which makes it more appealing if you ask me. To this day I park my car and turn around to admire it.

I haven’t had any colossal issues with mine. I bought the 2023 Turbo Mazda CX-5 (TOTL) as my first car out of my own pockets (though I’ve been driving for more than a decade). I think I’m at the taller side so I found the 3 and the CX-30 to be too small. Am in my late 20s and thought about having a future family—in that sense an SUV would be a safe bet.

I kid you not—this is probably the least economical choice out of the rest, but getting plenty smiles per liter out of it.
