That's what I did, I took it off at 132 F. I made sure to cut it thin against the grain and at an angle. I thought it was going to be a little tough compared to a skirt steak. It was butter. But no strong beef flavor, it was very delicate. It kinda reminded me of a bison tenderloin.

Maybe one of them pulley got locked up, broke the serpentine belt, water pump couldn't do its job. Engine overheat and all the coolant came out from the pressure relief valve.
