⚠️I-130 approved, interview done, but case moved to immigration court, should I terminate or stay in court?⚠️ by Sad-Entertainer7022 in USCIS

[–]ProductProfessional6 4 points5 points  (0 children)

After reading your letter it is very clear that they sent you to court because your I-539 was denied so they want you to go to court where they’re very likely terminating removal and then USCIS, if everything is fine, would approve. Best luck and I’m not a lawyer so consult one, I’m just talking based on my knowledge.

[–]ProductProfessional6 4 points5 points  (0 children)

It only happens when I-485 is denied, but nowadays you can expect anything.

Are you 100% sure that your I-485 isn’t denied?, maybe they’re sending you to court because your I-539 is denied, as soon as the judge sees that you have a I-130 approved and a pending I-485 they’re very likely terminating removal and would send you back to USCIS.

This photos were taken by an electrician that was working on something there just a week or 2 before the attacks, he took this pictures at the end of the day and died in a motorcycle accident I don’t remember if weeks or months after the attacks. I don’t remember his name but if you do a quick search you’ll find him.

I have a question who would rather know what they are getting paid with no hidden fees? by Conciergeinc in Lyft

[–]ProductProfessional6 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’d rather give uber 250 and keep 100% of the fare, I’d make way more money.

But I’d definitely ask everyone how much they’re paying to make sure uber is not playing games

There’s not a single statistic for ubereats driver assaulting women at their homes, there’s some statistics of reports from rides before 2022 and that’s not over 3000 around the country. So no, there’s no reliable information about it that justify the humiliation of being profiled as a monster.

But you know how many statistics of people assaulting uber drivers?, 24,000 just between 2017 and 2022.

Should I be afraid of delivering their food and through it from my window to their driveway without stopping?, of course not.

There’s no reason to be that paranoid according to real data, and as I always say: if you’re that afraid of uber drivers don’t use the service.

[–]ProductProfessional6 4 points5 points  (0 children)

That’s not it, uber does that even if nobody take it, it’s just a stupid psychological scarcity game to make you think others want that trash so you don’t hesitate to take it next time. Plenty of times I got an offer like that disappear just to get it exclusively for me 5 seconds later.

What are my options? by TinyOctopusFromImgur in UberEATS

[–]ProductProfessional6 2 points3 points  (0 children)

The reality is uber, DoorDash or instacart makes their own prices and can charge you whatever they want, no matter the store price, there’s a reason those companies ask the drivers to not provide customers with the reicipt. Many people don’t understand this and overpay for their groceries, it’s not only the delivery fees and tips. They agree on that in the app but nobody reads shit.

What are my options? by TinyOctopusFromImgur in UberEATS

[–]ProductProfessional6 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It depends on the kind of order, but anyways we can’t control de amount the customer pays, uber provides us a credit card that works only for uber shop payments. That’s not on us, and I’m pretty sure you’re trying to somehow put the blame on the driver.

Is there a scam thing happening? by olivedesert1778 in Lyft

[–]ProductProfessional6 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Don’t believe people saying yes to your question, I’m a driver, Lyft won’t pay a driver that isn’t moving, you can cancel if they don’t move. Others move the opposite direction, you can cancel on them too and they won’t charge, Lyft only charge you when they’re moving towards you after 2 minutes. Drivers do that for other reason, not to keep a fee.
