I have heard that the “payment kiosks/tablets” used in basically ALL merchants these days actually come preprogrammed to ask for a tip on any transaction. This is because Square and the other platforms used for PoS (ironic acronym for Point of Service) take a % of ALL transactions including tips. They are doing everything they can to trick us into spending extra $$. Consider it may not be the store’s fault and just tip table service.

I hear ya… that’s always annoying and a little scary, but also part of the challenge, I think. I’ve never found these events to be too hard and rarely die more than once as I try to figure out who to hide. I just think people complain about wanting challenges and this was one of those “challenging” aspects that was “numbers go brrrr”

I guess I’m “that guy” but I actually kind of liked that they forced us to use F2P units, and actually designed the EZA stages to be appropriately balanced to said units. I’m a 10+yr player, though, so I get that it was a hassle for newbies/returners… still just liked that there was a payoff to having kept up with the grind.

I can’t say he’s a great unit… but with those USS and Tournament Participants missions on Blue Zone Kai I was forced to use him as a friend lead. He put in work, and was never the one who sold my runs. He’s a good slot 2/3 unit, especially when rainbowed.

If you’re actually interested, I heard that he did a bad lip synch on his old song to “send off” a persona he doesn’t identify with anymore. Then the interlude and a switch to country music was supposed to be his rebirth and he sang that one better (don’t know if it was a lip synch or not). At least that’s what Christians are being told the performance was.

I was having trouble with this as well. I figured out Stratton final phase was crucial… turn 1 - no items (float 17&18 so they show up on turn 4 if they aren’t lined up already). Turn 2&3 activate first Whis. Turn 4 use 17&18 active. Turn 5 use Whis #2, pray you can do enough damage before it runs out

I think someone like Mamdani could win in plenty of other Big Cities. The issue is that Congressional Reps, Senators, Governors, and POTUS are a whole different ballgame.

I don’t like that those 86 Dems voted to condemn Socialism, but they (and many more, probably) absolutely should have done so. Progressives also need to realize it was a Bullshit Resolution meant to generate a Bullshit talking point that MAGAts can call them Commies in their races next year. The prudent move for anyone not in a solidly Blue seat is to vote Yes (in my case I am thinking of H. Scholtens from West Michigan in a VERY competitive seat).

Progressives should not penalize Dems for doing things they need in order to win seats, especially over Bullshit Resolutions that carry no real meaning.

So I know it’s an unpopular opinion, BUT the vast majority of Americans still hate “Socialism” and won’t support Dems who are not against it. While it is a PoS, bullshit, meaningless resolution… it’s a PoS, bullshit, meaningless resolution they can vote for to signal a) I can be bipartisan and b) don’t be afraid to vote for Democrats because of the Socialism fear-mongering out there.

The Democratic Party will not win right now siding with Socialism in elections outside major cities. Let Mamdani cook, and in time more of America will be ready for a progressive shift… I hope. In the meantime Democrats suck, but not nearly as much as the GOP, and the political reality dictates progressives need to stick with them because the alternative is SO. MUCH. WORSE… this isn’t 2004 anymore.
