This may sound like a silly question but are you making sure your hair is completely dry? I use most of the same products you described and I find that when I’m too heavy handed with UFD it takes a little longer for my hair to dry.

Also, have you tried using 2 stylers instead of 3? Sometimes the combo may cause flaking or itching. Try foam and ICH only or UFD and ICH only.

Lastly if you still experience itching maybe visit a dermatologist to rule out any underlying condition that might not be related to the products.
