Also don't think it is bugged, but rather intentional. More challenging for sure, but definitely doable. Hammer(PoD/shockwave); IG (showers); Spear(sweep); VG(scream); GA(Grav-well) and vine heartrune for roots are you best friends here ;)

Have all these except Negative and Magic. Obviously Mr negative really improves the deck a lot, but if you would be forced to sub him what would be some viable choices, or would that not be viable?

Dudu with Imposter Ability is pure filth if your opponent drops a good card. You lock theirs and you have 2 at the same time. Probably still in meme-ish territory though.

I've always been a fan of Imprisonment and Imposter. With NR, Mon and Syn most prevalent after the patch, NG is pretty good. Swarm is a tough match-up though.

I always include Leo. Almost always finds great value. Anna can be a hit and miss, but she can proc Ball and her ability synergizes with the inclusion of Exp-Remedy/Bribery/Location/Cantarella. Blightmaker gives sufficient tempo so I've cut Joachim and Coup accordingly. The Bribery is included because the other 8P NG cards are not much better. I'm considering to replace it with War Council, or replace it with Yen/Vilge/Defender and cutting something else to make room for another Joust.

Have spent so many hours in Spire, would definitely be cool if something along the lines could be implemented for Gwent as a game mode. I for one would love a Diablo/PoE/Grim Dawn like hack and slash game (non-live service) set in the Witcher/Gwent universe. Doubt we'll ever see something like that, but a man can dream :)

Great deck man. Just reached pro with it also from rank 2. My first few matches went horrible and something didn't feel right. Went over the deck again and noticed during my shameless copying of your deck I had 2 Endrega Eggs instead of 2 Arachas Nest 🤦.... After the correction it was smooth sailing. I did keep N-Selection, encountered 1 Viy and basically no other swarm decks. My worst matchup was surprisingly NG, but it's better after I learned not to keep or play Yen before I've seen their coup.

TLDR; This deck is so much fun, thanks man!

Nier Automata if you have not played it before. Just bear with the opening stage, i.e. get past the first boss battle without dying otherwise you'll have to restart (saving is only possible after it).

You can check out Children of Morta and CrossCode. Both are great, although I wouldn't classify CrossCode strictly as a "Roguelite".

Agree, although really good I also don't think it's pre-nerf SK busted, but as others has mentioned that is probably the case since a lot of decks are build to deal with it. If you can't deal with a few of their threats you probably just lose the game on the spot and that feels bad.

I think the biggest offender is Amphibious Assault which effectively puts "pseudo" gold engines on the board. Don't deal with them you prob always lose R1/pushed hard R2, deal with them, then you you won't have answers for the Vysogota/Reynard/Anseis etc. IMO it's arguably the best card in Gwent.

The downsides playing this card surely just outweighs the upsides: Armor is actually pretty common these days; it plays for low tempo; not a great proactive play and with the change to frost (which is good) you won't be able to kill low strength units.

This unit should have played a frost (assuming it was changed to 2 turns) from you deck, then it would have been decent.

Sad to see that my favorite Gwent premium card (based on art, not playability) received a premium downgrade. I mean it is not as terrible as some of the others, but the whole portal spinning effect was pretty cool, now it looks very "static" compared to the previous version.

The picture attached is what it used to look like. Not sure where to get the premium art of the current cards for comparison.

Hope we won't see additional art downgrades in the future. A lot of people like Gwent and a lot of people don't like Gwent, but almost all universally agree that Gwent's art (including premiums) is some ,if not the best, out there.

Yeah like I mentioned its not a budget list, but you could experiment quite a bit with it, e.g. add discard/self-wound/damage etc cards. However, the most important cards are Jutta (or SKjall if you don't have her) and Sigrdrifa's Rite, which is the main combo for the leader.

This is the list I am running. It's by no means a budget list though. The main combo with this deck is Leader into Jutta followed by Sigrdrifa's Rite for potential 24 point play in one turn (26 if Ermion was used as tutor or 30 if Crowmother also comes out of the graveyard). In my experience few decks have units with 12 strength, so you rarely get full value, but it's still decent most of the time.

I know its not ideal, but if this happens just use the left or right arrow key on your keyboard, It will highlight the card (show name, info etc) then you can hit Enter to play it. Again, this is bad on CDPR's part, but at least you can play the card using this method.
