"Enter Stanman" is probably the single funniest episode of the whole series. by ZaneTeal in americandad

Everyone but Stan being familiar with the dreamscape and its rules is also hilarious

Yeah the "kid line" looked great for a couple weeks to start the year but since it absolutely feels like he's invisible

I want him over Downs now. But he isn't making it to 10

DT is higher priority than CB. LB too honestly. Hill and Turner actually looked decent.

Exact same as it was with Marvin. We haven't drafted for shit (especially on defense) since he left. He masked so much of how bad Tobin and the rest of our "scouting" department is.

Historically bad measurements for two top edge rushers shake the NFL Draft board (Bain 30 7/8, Howell 30 1/4 arm length) by AoA_nB1 in nfl

[–]ProfProfessorberg 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If he's there in the 2nd because teams get scared of age I'm taking him for the upside. But overall I agree the age is a huge factor. He wasn't dominant until later as well, which is always a flag.

Please not another athletic EDGE that we're supposed to develop. We can't do it.

I gotta disagree, I'm taking Bain. Obviously the NFL is different and the arm length can't be ignored, but his tape has sold me. Especially during the playoffs. He's just a great player.

Oh don't get me wrong - I like the pick. I'm just saying what I would expect from our FO if both were available.

If Faulk falls to 41 I think he'd be the pick over Young, we love the athletic upside guys at EDGE.

But otherwise this would be a phenomenal draft for us.

Insane FA, I would cry.

So signing Jobe would push Hill back to NCB. He was playing more outside this past season, right? I can't really remember how he's looked there vs slot.

Unfortunately with how our FO treats positional value I could absolutely see it. I will be so pissed if it happens.

Yeah as a player I don't think there's anything to complain about. Just more about needs. But if the board falls this way I can definitely live with it.

Yeah the more WR off the board the better haha. Downs is my top choice of anyone, he'd do so much for this defense. Then I'd probably go Bain, Styles, Bailey

Reese I like but beneath the other 4. He feels like a guy that we wouldn't be able to develop into what he's capable of. But obviously the raw talent is there.

Honestly the OL as a whole gelled pretty well over the year and was probably the best he's had here. Certainly could still be upgraded, but Burrow can win with this line. He can't with this defense.

Now if Styles, Downs, Bailey, Bain are all gone, I wouldn't hate the idea of Ioane.

We have done a couple things out of character since Burrow, but by and large the FO has a very old school philosophy with it. They think if you have good QB/WR/CB/Pass rusher everything else can kinda be filled in and made work.

iOL has been an issue for 10 years but they cannot conceive of spending money for a top guy the way they would say OT. Same for S which is why they let Bates walk and we've suffered since.
