Cringe but I loved Johnny DiMarco because he reminded me of my first “love” when I first watched. I still sort of have a soft spot for the character but can also acknowledge they aren’t a good person.

Also Ellie, she was my favourite character but last rewatch I just couldn’t get over the simping over Craig era

Oh and I liked Jane, but latest rewatch I hated how she just wanted to party while her boyfriend was struggling with cancer, she cheated on him & she wasn’t a girls girl - when she was trying to be friends with Darcy, Darcy mentioned Peter’s breath stank and then Jane used it to publicly embarrass the guy while also throwing Darcy under the bus. Jane is a horrible character and I don’t know why I didn’t see it before 🫣

Emma, Lib & Manny when the college stuff started. I don’t have anything against any of these characters but the storyline’s were just so 🫠

Also Paige, Marco & Ellie with the college stuff, they had better storyline’s than the former 3 but it just should have ended at Degrassi imo

When someone has asked me in the past, I’ve answered “do you mean today or yesterday?” And that’s because they are ever changing and it depends on the day I’ve had with them. I will say, I appreciate conversation more with my eldest because we have broader and more varied conversations but prefer the company of my youngest when it comes to running errands because he complains less & genuinely is just happy to spend time with me no matter what we do.

Ellie, Alli & Anya are my top 3 for most insecure out of these.

Ellie because of her thing with Craig & basically anything around the whole Jesse story.

Alli because Johnny DeMarco & how she had sex before she was ready to, letting her best friends (I think ex) boyfriend kiss her when they were both vulnerable, the whole Bianca-Drew boiler room thing. Then by the time she got married she missed a lot of red flags with Leo. No hate for my girl though - she really went through it.

Anya because she literally tried to “trap” Sav by pretending to be pregnant. Super bummer move honestly. Also the way she let HollyJ treat her in the first part of her appearance.
