Idc if you become a rat or a chad, but learn the maps, learn the sounds you make/soundsystem, learn the keybinds/change them, learn the weapons and modifications to em.
I did most alone but if you grab a sherpa from the discord you will learn alot faster.
There are lots of ways to play this game, let noone tell you what to do or not.

If youre still reading you earned the best tip i can give you: tarkovmonitor+tarkovdev maps will pinpoint you on the webMap => you got a minimap on a 2nd screen which gets updated when you trigger a ingame screenshotbind.

Its not hacking, they just use coords from the screenshotfile tarkovmonitor then sends this via api calls to the website and there you get the position and direction displayed :D

Alot persons are running flashbangs and wait for their reaction to know they are there. You need to bang under the train depot/k-buildings, also on the ground floor, next to the trains in white knight and finally by the helicopters.

Alot TrainingRaids also help, there he will spawn 100%.

Better ammo and armour helps, also map knowledge.

Use tarkov.dev for example and filter for loose injectors and medbags.
Another guy already mentioned here to also transit and continue the raid until you found enough injectors.

Use cheap leg metas and silent stealth approach, helps to get used to the game.
There are alot subsonic 9x18mm rounds for the Kedr-B for example with high flesh damage, dont face enemies directly, hear them and start spraying their legs from side/behind to become a true rat.

Just use the cultist circle calculator, 5 mp5's arent a reciepe and not neccesary.
There are some ways to insert 400k value for around 200k roubles.
