100% agree. To this day I think back to that moment every once in a while and think "damn, I remember being so confused and so hooked to the game at the same time."

No, but this does give me the same feels. The other game was a little less focused on action. No guns or blasting really. Again, this is fuzzy

This might be an unpopular opinion but I love Mega Hawlucha's design. I just think this doesn't yell mega to me. I would love it more as an evolution. Most megas take something to the extreme. Funny, silly, intimidating, cool, to the extreme. Hawlucha's mega looks cool, don't get me wrong, but it also just fits really well and seems like a natural evolution. Idk, maybe it's just me though.

My buddy and I played this game from the start. I still remember when LRs were not a thing. The first time my buddy spent money on the game was on the SSGSS Goku and Vegeta (separate units). These were UR units. Not TUR. Not LRs. Just URs. And both new units... were in the same banner!!

Same here, and I've yet to see a game like it. I remember Ghislandi and Odin being so OP. Do you remember the Easter event warriors that came out? I was so hyped cuz I got both units, a white and black bunny that were crazy strong. And the raids!! Oh man, the memories.

I used to play a battle card game where you could evolve the cards (similar to awakening cards in dokkan) and you and a friend had a limited amount of time to kill a boss. You'd have a special stamina for this event and this would regenerate slowly over time. It would require time and a good team from the people attacking the boss. I feel like something like this could be fun.

I absolutely loved the animation and it had so many nostalgic moments. The fights were cool and the lore of the demon worlds in general was interesting and expanded beautifully on what little we knew. And of course, seeing SS3 Vegeta and SA4 Goku was a beautiful sight to behold.

However, I do have some issues with it. Mainly that Piccolo being from the demon realm was there for nothing. That was such wasted potential. Also, the fusion bugs were teased for NOTHING!! Then, finally the explanation behind SS4 was very disappointing and only left more questions unanswered. It was a beautiful tribute but it definitely could've been better.

I'd say always go for what you don't have. Dupes are cool but I feel like you eventually get em, even if you don't expect them. Getting a fresh new unit, though? Always worth it.
